Raymond Country Fair
Raymond Country Fair is an annual event featuring fun for all ages and everyone is invited to attend! This year’s event will include Music, Food Trucks, Kids’ Activities, Awesome Vendor Booths, artists and craftsmen selling Art, Crafts, Clothing, Jewelry, Decor, Gifts, Plants, Toys, Honey, Fishing Lures and much more! Many of the stores and eateries in the area are open as well!
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026, 10 am – 3 pm, rain or shine!
Where: Historic Downtown Raymond MS near the water tower and Hinds County Courthouse
Admission: Free
Parking: Parking allowed in the parking lot at Raymond Methodist Church on Main Street, the portion of parking lot for FBC Raymond that is on Main Street (first come, first serve), on many of the streets of Raymond and at Hinds Community College. Do not block any entrances, exits or anyone’s driveway.

Vendors Information
Raymond Country Fair
Saturday, May 2, 2026
10am – 3pm
VENDOR GUIDELINES:
These Categories are Full and Closed: No additional vendors or food trucks selling these items will be accepted — Honey, bbq, tamales, hot dogs, burgers, desserts, specialized teas, popcorn (made at location), tacos, pizza
- Fee:
- 2026 Chamber members: deduct $25 from the following fees:
- Vendor booth space 12′ x 12′ = 1 space $90; 2 spaces $165; 3 spaces $240
- Food truck = $115
The above amounts include a new fee: the City of Raymond now requires a Transient Business License for each vendor and food truck (cost $25). The Chamber will provide the required information and payment to City of Raymond for you.

Vendor Check-in will begin at 6:30 am Saturday, May 2. All vendors and food trucks need to be set up by 9:45 am.

Motorized vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading. All vehicles must be in a designated parking space by 9:30 am.

For Food Trailers, pick-up trucks are not allowed to remain with your trailer. They must be moved to a parking area.

Reserved Vendor Parking is available at The First Baptist Church overflow parking lot (the corner of Dry Grove Road and Palestine Road). All walkways, driveways, roads must be free of merchandise, cars, etc for emergency personnel and vehicle access. Vendors will receive one (1) parking permit in their Vendor Information Packet at check-in.

ALL food handlers (including non-profits) must have current proof of successfully completing the Food Handlers Course (ServSafe) and having said person on site.

Due to safety concerns, no non-commercial open-air flammable cookers (includes, but, is not limited to gas, oil, propane, charcoal, wood and/or personal backyard BBQ grills,) may be used.

If you ask for electricity on your vendor application, we will have electrical outlets available for your use, however, you will need a minimum of 60 feet of outdoor extension cords. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TAPE DOWN YOUR EXTENSION CORDS/POWER STRIPS (duct tape works great). The city of Raymond and the Raymond Chamber of Commerce will not be liable for any accidents that may occur due to non-secure extension cords/power strips.

You are responsible for the collection of the 7% sales tax. We will provide a tax collection form and a personalized envelope for the collected sales tax monies to be put in. PLEASE complete the form and submit your sales tax to the Raymond Chamber of Commerce check-in booth at end of the event. It is imperative that you complete and submit the tax form, EVEN if you are a non-profit, or submit your taxes in another way.

Customer parking is available at the First Baptist Church lower parking lot (on Main Street next to the Raymond Gas Station), the Methodist Church parking lot (on Main Street) and Hinds Community College. Emergency exits must always be free of motorized vehicles.

Out of respect for ALL vendors, the safety of Vendors, customers and the safety protocols established by the Raymond Police Force and the Raymond Fire Department, vendors may NOT break down and leave the event prior to 3:00 pm. Unless, the Raymond Chamber of Commerce has so deemed an early departure for
all vendors. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event (until 3:00 pm). -
Public restrooms are located on the Courthouse parking lot and at the M& P drive through parking lot.

Any child under the age of 16 must be supervised by you or someone over the age of 21. We are expecting a very large crowd and we need to be sure that you and your loved ones are safe at all times. The city of Raymond and Raymond Chamber of Commerce 2026 will not be held liable for any harm caused to your child due to lack of supervision.

The First Aid Tent, staffed with an EMT, will be located next to the Raymond Chamber of Commerce tent. Police, Firemen and other First Responders will be in attendance for everyone’s safety.

In case of an emergency evacuation, please proceed to the First Baptist Church lower parking lot (on Main Street next to the Raymond Gas Station) or the Methodist Church parking lot (Main Street) and wait further directions from First Responders or the Raymond Chamber of Commerce Board Members.

Out of respect to the city of Raymond and our community, it is your responsibility to clean your retail area (this includes all trash, zip ties, bags, tissue paper, strings, etc.). We will have a roll away dumpster available for your use . We ask that you do not leave trash in any business or homeowners’ trash bin/cans. The roll
away dumpster is located between the Raymond Public Library and the Raymond Fire Department on Court Street. -
Your application will not be processed until we receive your completed form and payment.
